OVERVIEW
222 North City is a beautiful new apartment complex in San Marcos, CA. The project scope was for us to fill their interior planters with soil and create a full, lush environment that brought the outdoors indoors. With their big sliding doors, the lobby has an exterior feel and they wanted their interior landscaping to really compliment that. So, we did just that. With full irrigation integrated into the project and hundreds of plants throughout the 4 separate lobby areas, their interior space has become an oasis of different flora producing a variety of smells, colors and life for all to enjoy.
PROCESS
- Working with their landscape architects to bring their vision to life
- Calculating costs and materials needed to fulfill the project
- Working around tight deadlines and coordinating with other contractors to finish the job
- Filling the planters with the required materials and plants
- Running irrigation throughout all the planters and making sure all plants were getting the required amount of saturation

RESULTS
Bringing our clients’ vision to life is our ultimate goal with every project. With this being a new build, bringing in new tenants is important and the mixture of furniture, artwork, and our planters creates an inviting environment for everyone to come in and see.
